Currently in the serendia nodewar reigion of Alejandro Farm, the fort that spawns is very close to a safe-zone allowing for multiple guilds to group and retreat into. This makes the guild defending the fort at an extreme disadvantage, since guilds can slowly chip away the fort's hp and do a final push when the fort is about to expire. Move the fort to a different location or North into the mountains.
