So Item Collection Increase Scrolls are one of the very old things that remain in the game as little thing that you have to manage all the time during your grind, don't forget to turn it on, make sure you don't run out of them, do annoying Pit of Undying, spend your loyalties, make sure you running Value Pack and so on and so forth.
Why does it still exist in the game? What the point? Everyone always will find a lootscroll for the grind, it's just annoying thing that you have to manage.
I think they served their purpose as Pay to Win element long ago, we all could safely say that their existense doesn't make much sense nowdays, everyone has enough of them for the grind. I have 2 options to make them less annoying:
1) We could just give permanent buffs of Lvl 2 Loot Scroll for everyone and remove them from the game with anxiety of running out of them, it's also annoying that some old players were able to gather few thousands of them and grind always with Yellow when new players have to grind with blue, grind a lot on Season to get more scrolls etc..
2) If you don't like the idea of making Value pack a little less Valuable, there's another way. We could make 1st Level of Loot Scroll as perma buff for everyone but keep the Item Collection increase Scrolls  and make them give only 50% additional drop amount. This way we will still remove that anxiety of running out of scrolls but will preserve some Value of leftover scrolls and Value Pack overall.

Any other/better ideas would be much appreciated.

But I need them to turn them into Crow's Trade Vouchers.....

I'm sure we could find a solution for that.

well it was for life skillers and nowq you want to take one more thing away from us

because its an MMORPG and a huge part of the game is managing everything. people like you complaining is why the game has been stripped down to not even a shell of what it was and many, including myself after almost 18k hours, have quit. thank a lot. 

i dont know what these devs were thinking. pretty much everything they stripped away(lifeskill progressions, items, challenge, the list is a mile long), could have been left in the game. all they had to do is give the option to play with or without said items and mechanics and everyone would have been happy. maybe give incentives to people who wanted to play with the original way. the way the game was when we signed up to dedicate years to it. it seriously seems to me they just want the game to die so they can move on. they cant just turn it off now can they...

Devs are too gready,  3 types of vp, weight for each character, a lot of maids, pets, tent, fairy, loot scrolls and many many other things. Yeah they have to earn money, but they grief players so hard.  Even if you want to earn money on comfort, why to not make something that people can get in game after thousands hours to at least play comfortably?  For the last year we even didnt get  free maids, when even 40 maids are not enough today =)))  Like merchant ring could cancel fee on the market place,  for 10k hours  gift  tent, every 200h gift a maid. Like more you play > more easier game is for you, but today more we play > more we struggle =)))

Value pack and loot scrolls  they scare a lot of people away from this game.
