i have been trying to decorate my manor for some time and the feeling in the manor make's everyone bored.

some objects have way too much red box or hit box (the area where the objects turn red and we can't place it).

1) why not let us adding our alt characters and pets in the manors and give them positions (even putting them to sit on our characters legs), adding normal npcs, custom npcs, in our manor or house, in 2 group one workers and free npcs, we can let our alt characters to become worker inside the manor and lose energy while they are working for example on cooking, farming, gathering and etc.

2) let u have active life skill inside the manor for example let us install the fence in the manor or let us be able to take fruits from the trees inside the manor and have access to our warehouse 

3) add more objects for better decorations like grass and new stone floors, give the third option for our planted farm plants to take them and use them as manors decorations objects, for example ([manor] special delotia) ([manor] highe quality delotia) and every other farm plants even mushrooms,

cook some foods and use them as decorations,

there are other plants are in the game like blue rose and (especially bambo trees) that we need them

4) remove the blocked area in front of the manors stair, some of the objects red box or hit boxes the area where the objects turn red so we can have better decorations.

there are alots of problems with the red box or hit boxes of this objects exist such as 

[Manor] Stepping Stone      remove the hitbox

[Manor] Light Pink Azalea   the area around it will block you from picking up objects

[Manor] Deep Pink Azalea  the area around it will block you from picking up objects

[Manor] Stone Rail              make it small or remove the hit box

[Manor] Stone Rail Pillar     make it small or remove the hit box 

and more like trees, they have way too much grab boxes and every time we have to take the tree away to be able to work around it.

make the hit box of the ([Manor] Elegant Hexagonal Gazebo) throne and etc smaller and let us be able to add other stuff in it like tables and foods or baduk board or every decoration stuff inside them.

the type of decoration we need, to put objects one each other to fill the areas with more props, we need to have every angle rotations including up and down movements.

its better to remove the red or hit boxes!

add more props like rolled maps, aisan books especially the ones that stack on each others, aisan foods, potions, cloths,

sacks of herbs, small chests, new drawers in the pictures, plants, and more. WE NEED BAMBO TREES.

add the big rooms in picture and kitchen house.

let us be able to visite orher players houses 

add ui filter for decorating to find the items easyer and be more cleanner.

and please pa give some attention to manor and house enjoyers you just putting care for combat, pvp, and pve cobmat players i don't have problem with that but some time people want to enjoy the game in new or other ways.

Some of your ideas are similar to mine. Could you go to my post and give an upvote? So its more showable toward PA :(( We want manors to be more convenient and worth it to pay rent haha!!!! 

BTW, love the idea of putting chars in Manor haha, would look great. But I want the npcs to be added there more :3

i appreciate for liking this Suggestion but my question is will this Suggestions make it into the game ?

we need a point to use our house and manors more often.

I might have to reroll every char to DK so I can have 32 DK's in my manor walking around in their undies.

I love all the potion bottles, sacks with different things in them, scrolls, wrapped package, the open chest so we could put whatever furniture decor we want in it, etc. 

Please let us place them in ALL homes (manor and residence)

There are so many prop assets in the game that I would love for homes. 
It would also help if they fixed the hitboxes around furniture. 

The hitboxes should be the shape of the furniture.

I would love to be able to sell/dismantle furniture into mats. Over the years I've gotten so many items that it's honestly just a case of me dumping them in a manor higgedly piggedly

this too, especially Guild Furniture.. people making trash low level guild furniture just for knowledge and it will never get used.

I like all of op's suggestions! Especially the one about fences. I'd like to have a little farm/garden in my yard!

And I'd like to add the following suggestion: give us the option to completely remove the colliders on furniture. If a player does that, they should get NO points (as that would be unfair).
