Coco/El Pento and Shell Belle/Mr. Mussels share the same outfit set effect - "Summer Set Effect" - which gives +42% swim speed. Yet if we mix and match pieces from the 2 sets the outfit set bonus doesn't work. This should be changed, especially since the other Pearl Shop Outfits can all be mix and matched and still achieve the Outfit Slot Equip set bonuses.  It makes no sense that wearing the Shell Belle swimsuit with the Coco sandles (which are way cuter than the Shell Belle shoes) breaks the swim speed set bonus when both sets have the same set bonus!! We should be able to equip all pieces from both sets interchangeably and still get the "Summer Set Effect Bonus" just like we can with the other Pearl Shop set effects.

I can't tell you how disappointed I was to learn that switching out the Shell belle shoes breaks the swim speed buff from the Summer Set Effect. Please fix this PA!!
