After today's update I no longer enjoy the combat of BDO. The way the skills deal damage feels really bad and does not line up with sound effects and the visuals. This applies to PVP and PVE. On top of that everything feels slower and less responsive.
For me this update has destroyed what made me come back to BDO multiple times: the once beautiful feel of combat mechanics.

Large sections of many, if not all, classes' kits now feel clunky and slowed down for no apparent reason, and ofc without any transparency from PA on what exactly was changed and why.

Why in the hell did they design a combat system giving a huge advantage to people with better graphics and with higher FPS? They should have it fixed to 120 FPS irregardless to your graphics setting and not float it.

The problem is that while you cant 1 combo valks, striker etc. They can still easy 1 combo you. Thats not how it is supposed to be.
A class should either be tanky and not do damage or not be tanky but deal damage.
Additionally, they made it so that if you are in SA you get less damage. So for example Zerker gets -15% damage when in SA. But Zerker can be in SA permanently if they do it right. This means as a non grab class you can not do damage trades against them because they are getting more % Dr in SA then you and you cant cc them because they are fully protected 99% of the time. This means that many 1v1 situations are even less playable now then they were in the past.
So overall the patch as it is right now is complete shit. Also this patch makes NW even worse now because it makes the pure PvE aspect of last minute pushing the stick even more viable as you do not die as fast as before, therefore you can pve down the stick easier....
So yeah it has nothing to do with 1 combo kill or not. It is an overall design problem that occurs because PA doesnt play their own game in a competitive way resulting in stupid decisions left right and center. SO yeah L Patch PA. Please make ajustments fast or PvP will be truly dead.

Case and point, this thread is all about whatever fuckery PA did to the skill animation and linkage, resulting in slower/clunky animations and in some cases inability to ani-cancel or link skills properly.
