Unable to manually arrange items in storage

Not sure if this is a bug or by design, but if you un-check "auto arrange" in your storage, you are unable to manually move things around to arrange your storage how you like it. It works in your normal inventory, if you uncheck "auto arrange" you can rearrange your inventory however you want. Why does storage not function the same way?

Pretty sure you did not get your answer. The storage window does not have a slot viewing button.

Storage doesn't have this feature. Still hopeful for this small but big change!
