reduce Caphras for C10 Armors so new player doesnt have it harder cause of sovereign "caphras inflation"

Suggestion:
With the upcomming Sovereign weapon, all the crazy people buying half the caphra market dry and this will skyrocket the price in the long run. making it way more expensiv for new and returning players to caphras their jetina armors for the fallen god.
To Compensate the crazy bottleneck of Caphras and Inflation of the Caphra prices, make the C10 Armors-Pieces only need 3000 Caphras in total compared to the 7000 before.
This is the classic problem if a material is used on very high level endgame system and at same time on systems that are supposed to be for new players. The endgame people drive the prices so high, that its unappealing for the new players.

People in the past had to deal with 2.5-3m caphra price as well, the low we have is actually lower than a lot of people had to deal with.
So in reality c10 was way harder 1-2 years ago. Right now its pretty cheap already, even if the prices would rise a bit it would sill be way easier than it used to be. Also caphras are easier to obtain than it was, same for "raw" money. So everything already is easier to get.

people always come with "bdo nowdays is easier then 4 years ago", but in reality its not, cause all the stuff new people need, the veterans need too, and those driving the prices up.
1 Single memory fragment 4 years ago was 750 thousand silver (yes 750k!) - nowdays its 4 million
1 Caphra stone 4 years ago was 1.5 million (now they jumping between 2 and 3 million)
1 Vell heart 4 years ago was 7bill. now its 15 lol
1 garmoth heart 4 years ago was 5 bill now its 17bill. (yes garmoth was cheaper then vell back in the day)
Basic crystals where like 10 times cheaper then nowdays...

what bottle neck? there are over 120K caphras on the market right now. The only bottle neck is lack of player motivation.

do we have sovereign weapons yet? no... this is a feedback, for error prevention when sov launches.
