Allow us to use Awakening Elvia Skill permanently as a normal awakening skill.

Im pretty sure its safe to say we all love the elvia skill and since most of us graduated from Serendia Elvia camp spots, we would love to use that skill when were outside of it. Gives awakening players an extra skill to use in rotations which would greatly help many classes in end game grinding.
Its not an easy task to do but would be nice to consider it.

They would have to consider the impact it has on PVP, which makes it increasingly difficult to balance/implement.

The skill is generally FG protected, and has 90+% reduction in PvP, as per design, so i dont think the impact would be particularly high.

some classes really need 1-3 awe skills
