The current restrictions for “small” guilds are meaningless, maybe this suggestion was given before, but this is really annoying.
Please allow the small guilds to be functional enough. Bdo is mostly a solo-player game, and some people prefer to play in a small circle of close friends and relatives, for example 2-3 family members playing together, creating such family type guilds.
But right now because of restrictions they are forced to expand to Medium or Large guilds, without any connection between guild members.
Please remove the following restrictions:
3 players need to be online so to do guild missions
10 players need to be online so to be able to do payouts
Please allow small family guilds to enjoy the game together in a guild without being forced to change the nature of their guild and get afk players who they don’t know, who don’t do anything for the guild but only serve as “people who are online”, so the ones who do guild missions to be able to receive their payouts.
At the very least please do remove the 3 person requirement for accepting missions, especially considering Small and even Medium sized missions are ridiculously easy to solo in the timeframe given to do them. Even Large or Extra Large are doable solo, but for any guild that size the 3 person limit is obsolete as you'll practically always have enough AFKers. This limitation really only holds back and discriminates against small family/friend group oriented guilds or something like a couple who play together in their own small little guild trying to enjoy the meaningful benefits guild passives do provide.
But it is not even just applicable for small "family style" guilds as Krumov said. Even simply being an insomniac in a small guild and the rest of your friends being healthy people with a normal sleep schedule. I can't do anything for my guild in those extra hours I'm online even if I wanted to, because people are sleeping and not running up their electricity bill for those few extra scraps of silver from AFK fishing or something.
It feels very outdated to have the 3 person minimum requirement both when looking at the difficulty of the missions and the silver they pay in today's BDO environment and economy.
I would understand if the payout or support funds remains with some (nerfed) requirement of having a few people online if PA fears people will abuse that little bit of extra silver being easier to obtain. But please allow missons to be accepted and turned in at the very least, even if there is just the one person online who's wanting to do the mission. Those individual rewards also aren't so massive it'll make much of a difference adding an extra 20mil to your hour that nets you 700+ mil already and it would allow for people to flesh out their little guilds. Players with that playstyle/mindset also wouldn't be looking to join a larger pre-existing guild anyway so it's also not like it'd be causing much competition for those.
+1 for the removal of the stupid 3 players online requirement.
Yeah, the requirement should just be that 3 players have an active guild contract.
