Guild Positions and Authorizations

The new system of setting up Authorizations for each member individually is a bit broken in my opinion. It makes giving members a Position useless. Since you can set an Apprentice to have all the Athority that the Advisor has, seems like a pretty broken system.

Yes, this is a big problem; also a major issue, when you set a Position, the relevant aurhorities won't be set, you have to do them manually, so setting the Positions is useless right now.
