Rework PvP "Kills"

Suggestions/Comments: Kills in PvP could use an overhaul. We need improved scoreboards more akin to Arena of Solare (example: showing CC/debuffs in Node War) for all PvP content. I also recommend reworking kills to "Finishing Blows" and "Assists". Finishing Blows would be as kills are now. Assists would be a more useful metric for players and include any kill where you contributed 51%+ of the damage toward a kill or landed the first crowd control that lead to a killed enemy.
An alternative would be using the above parameters to implement an "assist counts as kill" system in which a kill is credited for contributing greatly toward it even if the last hit is made by another player. [both players get +1 kill in such an event]
This would alleviate the frustration of having "kills stolen" and show that a player may, in fact, be performing helpfully in PvP even if they are not landing the last hit on enemy players.
