Currently, the use of guild skills is very inconvenient due to the need to keep the Pledge of the Blood directly on the character who uses the buff. The person in charge of using guild skills has to keep these items on every character they want to use guild skills, or they are forced to either log in on character that contains those items or go back to town and pull them from guild storage or buy them from an NPC. And when that person wants to go to another guild as a merc he has to put the items from each character back into guild storage
To improve this system, I propose that to use a guild skill it pulls the needed items directly from guild storage or remove the items altogether and pull the guild money directly to use the skill

I upvoted, however, go a step further: remove the item entirely, and deduct silver from guild bank when using a guild skill. This item is completely obsolete, and only a hindrance to using guild skills.
