New Leveling Points System 62+ - Species Damage Modifiers

Family Name: Raefu

Region (NA/EU): NA

Suggestions/Comments: Currently, there is very little incentive to level beyond 62 aside of personal achievements.  I propose adding an extra use for leveling up beyond 61 by giving special points that can be alloted into specific species damage modifiers.  Similar to the Boss Blitz aura system - every level beyond 61 would give a point.  For example, at 65, you would have 4 points (62, 63, 64, 65).  Each point can be added to a species damage modifier such as Kamasylvia, Demihuman or Animal and should give a +5 point damage boost towards that species type.  4 points alloted to Kamasylvia would net +20 Kamasylvia damage, for example.  These points would be removeable with a silver cost to re-allocate depending on your grind location, just like the boss blitz aura resets.  Let these bonuses accumulate all the way up to level 70+, to give real, actual incentive to leveling beyond 62.  Human damage could become problematic as it may make leveling to 65+ seem mandatory to some, so maybe make that a lower value such as +2 per point alloted or something.  Ideally a more thorough system with expanded stat categories would be ideal, but that brings the need for balancing where as something small like additional species damage shouldn't be substantial enough to warrant much balancing care.  It'll just translate into slightly faster clear speeds in PvE, while giving exp chasers a tangible reward for their goals.

There are people who downvote because of your nickname, others because of the classe you play, others because of your region, others because they think that the game should never be modified, others who are bored, others who didn't understand the suggestion, others who do nothing else..

it's not only people who disagree with your idea who downvote so do not expect arguments

(Same with likes)

Actually like this idea would make the powerfull classes even more powerfull sadly but at least it would be a nice reward!

I disagree, this system would basically kill alt play, tagging, etc. One of the biggest advantages of this game is that it is relatively easy to change the character you play. We can copy equipment for little money (say), with enough maidens alts don't have to invest in weight. Adding any advantages for levels 62+ would cause people to stop playing with other characters and get stuck on one and the same. Many people I know (including myself) have been playing this game for so long only because they change the character they play every now and then. Without that, I would probably stop playing because playing only one character gets boring too quickly. PA earnings would also be severely diminished, against the odds such character changes by players give them a large income - costumes, slots for skills presets. Creating new classes would make much less sense.
In addition, many people who do not have such a lvl would stop playing, getting 65/66 is a lot of hours on underground gyfins. Many new players would immediately give up when they find out that they have to spend so much time to get such a lvl.

Make the system family based then, so it affects all of your other classes.  The exp sharing system added to the tag system allows anyone to pretty easily achieve level 65+ nowadays.  This system would be designed to give players who specifically want to target levels 66 and above a tangible reward for their effort.

Wrong, I literally only play this game BECAUSE of maehwa, if she didn't exist I would have stopped playing this game immediately after trying out the other classes. I have over 20 maehwa's 1 musa because pre awaken they both played identically except for 2 of their skills. I get bored of playing my musa after about 5 minutes and then immediately switch back to my maehwa. I have a Dosa and once they release his awaken and if there are any rewards for that I will get them and once thats done delete him, wait on the 24 hour timer and make yet another maehwa. I made a berserker because he's supposed to be superior but I still pull more trash on my maehwa so I leave my berserker tagged but now never use him. My other maehwa's are literally just energy alts for leveling nodes. Alt play and playing one class would be boring is wrong. Maehwa is the only reason BDO even continues to exist for me.

I am the same, but with Lahn.  The tagging system is more than enough to get any short term itch of wanting to play another class out of my system.  The rerolling coupons and occasional Scroll of Equilibrium they release allows people to continue to stack exp on 1 pile as well.
