Currently clicking on Managing Sailors from the ESC menu only allows us to stare at them.

I wouldn't mind this from a Stare At Sailors button, but I expect more from a Manage Sailors one.

while you're at it PA, make a thematic solo mode when sailing about the deep ocean where you can see the crew on the boat. it would be amazing to see the sailors you hire mucking about when you go on a trip.
