Better quality control/testing of releases

We seriously need better testing of releases before they're put into production.
Here's the latest issue from today's patch:
Skeleton King knowledge now obtainable from cartian scrolls.
Problem: THERE ISN'T EVEN A "SKELETON KING" KNOWLEDGE SLOT IN KNOWLEDGE > ECOLOGY > BOSSES. Thus, this is still unobtainable. How do we "fix" something and not even notice that it's not fixed at all?

K so they respond back again saying you can get the "Skeleton King" title from cartian scrolls. The patch notes said knowledge.
