Suggestions/Comments: Add down attack/aerial attacks into Shai's class kit skills. This has been for far too long a issue and i dont really see the reason of why this wasnt solved.
The damage the class is missing from no down/aerial attack is pretty significant. No reason for this to continue to be a issue, please fix this for the love of god...

PA is never buffing shai. Now that you said this shai nerfs are incoming

Shai is missing much more than just down attacks and air attacks.
Shes missing an entire combat kit.

That is not a buff. That is simply putting missing elements into the kit. Its not a buff or a nerf.
This is what needs to be understood.... Simple
