With all the current regions, the cp cap is falling behind. The last patch made it so reaching the 501cp cap was a bit easier for people. I need the 100cp back from my farms and I would like to instead purchase farms for silver permanently. 100mil silver for 1 farm, there is no need to make them cost 1bil per farm as I can see PA doing so

I actually disagree with this.

CP is a way to show your familys investment in the world of black desert. A farm is an investment in the infrastructure of the world IMO

I actually think the CP is in a pretty good position ATM. 

Allthough all that said I do kinda have all most of the pearl purchases for negating CP Usage so experience may be different for F2P players.

You get two free fences, so the max CP you can spend is 80.  And as others said, you can buy pearl fences.
