Remove queue restriction during NW, Siege war and WoR

Suggestions/Comments: Make us queue up in guild league during Node war / Siege war / War of the roses
There is no reason to not being able to queue up during Node war/Siege war/WoR time. Most of the time sieges are over within the first hour and you can't still queue up until midnight. Same goes for WoR, over in 30 minutes and NWs (usually no fight unless T1).
Remove the queue restriction during the mentioned PvP modes.
