World Boss times for LotML part 2

is there a link to the actual times for the NA LotML new boss spawn times? the 2 different sources have incorrect boss but correct times, I end up at the wrong place. Is it required that You place 4 alt characters at the 4 world bosses, and are the in game announcments correct? so if i have to move 4 characters to the 4 locations and then wait for the 5 minute warning will that work? Thank You

Yeah, I placed characters at all 4 spots and use maids to transfer gear when need be. Also, I think because UTC is the system they use, you'll find that Thursday 8:00 PM EST Becomes FRIDAY 8:00 PM EST. So when you show up to sangoon it is actually Bulgasal. I just noticed the notification myself, and am trying to set up a schedule appropriately.
