Spooky quest : how do you receive it as i do not have it in the event tab ?

May be i do not understand how this work, i know its have to be the night, but its do nothing for me
My black spirit does not offer it either.
Or do you have to do this quest only ONE time ? (in that case i did it and thus sorry for asking)
I am near the real spooky right now, if i speak with him, he says : you think i am the real one, and thats it, nothing happens
