skills/cooldowns dont show,skill menu different screen gamepad ui

for some reason the other dudes video, u can see the skills and the skill menu same screen but it dif matter for me -__- is there a fix? Unlock Your Potential: Master Black Desert Online with a Controller (Purpale Slushii)
