A chair here, a table from over there... Oh, I forgot I need that painting from that vendor over there!

Across the game there are over 70 NPC's scattered that you can buy furniture from to decorate your houses and manors with. Unfortunately, there's no real way to see, at a glance, where all of these merchants are. And, as even more of a travesty, there is no real way to "view" each of these items before you buy them from these vendors without some sort of external tool or document.

While I cannot help with the second of these issues (yet... We sort of have over 1.2k obtainable, non-pearl items that we'd have to document, plus all the event and pearl items... We plan on doing this at some point between now and the heat death of the universe in the BDO Manors discord...), I can, however, help with the first of these issues.

Today, I'm publicly releasing one of the spreadsheets that I have been making over the past few months on and off. This document contains the locations, and inventory (categorized by "type" and "obtain") of all of the NPC-obtainable items in the game. I have also expanded it to include furniture from Processing (L), Quests, Lifeskills, and mob hunting.

It is my hope that this will help all of those people out there who are trying to decorate their manors for their guilds, and to help those that are decorating their houses find items that they otherwise wouldn't have known how to get.

FAQ's

"Hey, you've forgotten about this item/NPC!"
Please, by all means reach out to me using the methods I have listed on the Forward sheet in the document! We have a not insignificant amount of items in the game that are obtainable through NPC's, especially when it comes to housing. At last count, we're up to 1285 items in total.
So please, reach out and let me know! I don't always check the forums, so Discord will be the best way to reach out.

"Where are all the workshop items?!"
Head on over to my other database sheet, the Craftable Furniture of Black Desert for these.
At some point, I would like to release a calculator spreadsheet that combines both of these sheets together, but as of the current, most recent version of this forum post, it is no where near finished enough for me to post it in the open.

"Why can't I make a copy of this sheet?"
Due to how Google Sheets is, it is impossible for me to push updates down to copied versions of the document, at least with my current skill level. So, for the sake of ensuring that the document remains up to date for everyone, I have released this the way I have to ensure that everyone will have access to the most up to date version.

Some of you will notice while accessing the spreadsheet that there is a new sheet being made: Guild Manor Furniture. This sheet will detail all of the Guild Manor-specific items, from the items being added on Nov 14th. This will be updated over the course of the next few days.

The update for the patch of November 14th, 2024 has been completed. The Sheet that contains all the information is the one that is titled Guild Manor Furniture. You'll find it beside the other Manor sheets.

Here, you will see the recipes for each furniture, the durability, and, most importantly, what buffs they give. Every guild will have different requirements, so make sure that you work together with the owner of your guild's manor, as this will open up the ability to be able to pop a furniture buff seconds before you grind or go to war!

There are a couple of things to keep in mind with the Guild Manor furniture:

[Guild] Furniture Crafting Permit is avaliable from any Guild Manager NPC in major cities for 10m Guild Funds each. If you are looking to give some furniture to the owner of your guild's manor, make sure that you have enough allowance to buy them! (Or ask one of your officers or GM to buy a few hundred to put them in guild storage....)

Items made from World Bosses (Nouver Hide, Kzarka Bloodstone, Karanda's Talon, Ancient Kutum's Fragment)  require 100 permits to turn into a guild variant. Otherwise, the amount of Permits needed for a Master/Yellow tier piece of furniture is only 5.

Breath of Resentment is a personal, not guild-restricted item obtainable from Group Black Shrine. You will get 1-5 per Normal clear, and 5-10 per Hard clear that you complete per week. These are not avaliable through the Guild Ranking rewards, so make sure you are doing your clears!
