The red exclamation mark is always there for "flow" skills on horses, like Dark Sprint or S: Insta Accel. Can you check that all of the skills of your horse are unlocked? Maybe you accidentally locked a skill that stops you from using the subsequent dashes.

Can you show a screenshot of your horse profile? And all the skills you have on the horse please. Thats easier to diagnose then.
