Barter Refresh did not reset to 150 after the last Maint on Oct.7

The Barter refresh is not working like it use to and now have to log out of game to get it to refresh at it refresh time of 6:00AM UTC time

Probably better to put in a support ticket as a bug. Doubt many devs are scrolling through NA/EU forums for them.
