What i have to do when CoherentUI refuses to load?

It's been 2 days now and I can't load the BSA, anyone knows how to fix this?

CoherentUI.exe is started when you boot BDO, have you tried to restart your game client fully yet ?
If yes, a faulty process might be stuck, could you try to reboot your computer ?

CoherentUI shows up after launching the game but it won't work. I tried also the repairing tool on the launcher but still no fix. I'll wait for the next patch to see if something happens at this point.
