I'll be short, there are alot of negative aspects that gives no more fun in this game and breaking crystals is one of them. I encountered the same issue as reported to PA months ago, started grinding at a spot where I can easely grind without issues but an incontrollable scenarios happened, network dropped for few seconds leading to D/C, opening the game and found character died due to d/c and broke 1b crystal for free, zero recovery crystals as used ~350 days ago for other crystals broked a year ago. That spot worth ~700m silver/h, crystal worth ~1,5h grinding in this spot but now I have to grind in vain to buy back the lost crystal, thanks again PA for taking care of players mood and provinding the best experience, refusing to help in this scenario as before, point fingered indirectly to pearl shop to buy that recovery crystal pack for an expensive price, no thanks. I skipped before many crystal loss due to different game issues that PA refuse to aknowledge, everything has a limit and mine was reached, just had enough to get small income but big losses, infinite grinding in circles to upgrade gear for non-existent unballanced PVP or to be part of life skillers praying to PA for fixing/boosting etc things in professions.

Suggestion: Re-work crystal system, stop forcing people to buy usless things from pearl shop as this is not how marketing work, atleast listen your comunity or what was left from the comunity, unless this is clearly intendent to ruin the game. Thanks again for your contribution who made me stop playing and also encouraging players to afk " play " big fun ! Log in rewards - quit and once a year double pearl box bait is also fun !

What are you talking about? Girinn went from 5 bils to under a bil these past months.  When you can now make 1+ bil an hour grinding, how much of a setback is a crystal break, really?  Are you breaking them daily? Do you get server lag dailyt?(I never get any personally) And if it's your ISP than that's not PA's problem. I used to have a shit ISP where i got dced sometimes multiple times a day, I ditched them, problem fixed.

And anyone regularly gettng crystla breaks from mobs (and not server/internet issues) just have a skill issue imo. Has it happened to me? Sure. once every few months (I got a girinn break back when it as sitll 5 bils). Usually a lack of attention issue. That or a rare freak incident (like mutiple mobs suddenly hitting me with a big attack all at once).

I think all they woudl need to really implement is a system where as soon as the game detects you are not synced with server anymore it turns off crystal breaks. Not sure if that's feasible though. I mean maybe if there's at least a ten seconds window maybe but if you get killed fast probably not.
