Slightly Extend The Length Of Scholar Prebuff

As of right now Hammer Punch (+ap) and Hammer in the Knee (+attack speed) buffs last for 10 seconds. This is hardly long enough to last through a whole pve combo due to scholars relatively long animations. I believe this could be alleviated by simply making these effects last for slightly longer, maybe something like 12-15 seconds? This is the biggest deal with Hammer in the Knee because you really feel the attack speed loss and it feels bad to lose the buff when you haven't even finished your combo yet.
