Hey all,

Just wanted to know as to why i can buy things in the cash shop with "LOYALTY" points, but i cant use the items? IF I CANT USE THEM THEN I SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO BUY THEM !

My characters inventory is maxed out on slots, whereas my new character isnt, i thought i was on the character that needed the extra inventory slots, but accidently bought them on my other character thats already maxed out.

This is so stupid, they can make the cash shop detect on how many items that we are allowed to purchase, amongst other things, with limitations, but we are allowed to waste stuff on things that are CHARACTER bound on items we i cant use now, why is that still a thing in 2025???

The loyalty item does state that it's bound to the character when obtaining it. It's also in the description of the item which you can preview by hovering over it. The inventory expansion slots you buy with pearls are not bound to the character.

Make sure you always double-check what you're buying. Suggestions can be posted in this subforum.

They could do us a solid and not have those items be character bound.

Considering how they monetized all those things that were free once upon a time, like crystal slots, etc.....

I think your missing my point or didnt read my post properly as i know this already...
Ill say it again....

I was playing multiple characters at the time, one for farming, levelling up the new deadeye character and using my main character to do other ingame stuff, so i was bouncing between all 3 characters...
Now i thought i was on my NEW Deadeye character and not my main character, so when i bought this "Character Bound" item by mistake on my MAIN charcter, i was like WTF!!!!

So i was trying to say that, BDO staff can put limitations on items, like can only buy X-Amount perweek, permonth, etc... amoungst other things, so the point i was trying to point out...
Why cant BDO not "ALLOW" you to purchase this said items when its already at it MAX?
When i hit "PURCHASE" it should of said "NO! You are already at maximum slots." instead of allowing me to waste resources on something now that i cant use anywhere else...
Understand?

I cant see why they cant do this, as they do it already to like 60% of all the items, with limitations.
