I am a level 61 I finished the simplified veteran quest and grinded to 61. The magnus quest does not show up for me from the black spirit. From what I read that was all I had to do and should have revieved the quest around level 20 when I took the simplified veteran route. Any help is much appreciated

Make sure you are in Balenos when trying to accept the quest from the black spirit. Iirc it only appears when you are in that region, so you have to be there to actually start it.
