Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): The newly announced titles for crafting Chiro's Carrack gear should be made permanently available as a reward for crafting the gear yourself.
Details: Why should newer players be prevented from achieving these titles just because they weren't playing soon enough to get them? The answer is, they shouldn't. The time restriction of crafting this gear before it becomes listable on the central market should be removed and instead the titles should be given out to anyone who skips the convenience of buying the gear and instead crafts it themselves.
Solution: For initial distribution of titles during maintenance on the 27th award the titles based on the ownership of Chiro's Carrack gear. Afterwards, award the titles based on starting the production of Chiro's Carrack gear at a Chiro's Ship Part Workshop.

Nah the people who are getting those titles worked hard for the blue gear, with the latest ocean update you can get all 4 blue pieces for a carrack in less than 200 days (hardly a title worthy task)

I only made one blue gear because it was so ..... to make one. Preferably I would love both titles to go to any person who has 1-4 blue gear and not one title for 1 and one for 4 but it is what it is
