Every one I listed drops Ore, Time Worn stones, and the force enhance stones with the exception of Marie Cave, which didn't drop the force enhance stones due to being calpheon, since Valencia, Dreghan, and Kamasylvia only dropped the force enhance stones.
Your "I am not going to tell people because it's a big secret" sounds more like "oh shit I got caught bull shitting, I'm know, I'll call it a secret instead". In fact even if you THINK there are super secret spots, you are most likely wrong, considering many many streamers have done on air comparisons for Time-worn stones, and I do believe there are many spreadsheets floating around Reddit showing that Kill speed is the only determining factor when considering where to find the time-worn stones, which means you then fall back onto Silver per hour if you are 1 hitting the packs.

Dont be pepega to compare season & potential pve channels, and its still doesnt matter and is a none issue if "you" dont like that, as it mean you would stick with "with forced pk channels" so all good, players would just pick what they prefer.

You want a more PVE oriented version of the game like Arsha?
As you wish :
- PvPvE channel, labeled as the "PvE channel"
- Full negative karma as soon as you hit someone
- 50% reduction in drop rates.
... I find it stupid, but if that's what you want...
But now, if you put at least a bit of good faith, you know why Arsha does not hurt the game, even if it is not a satisfying answer. Basically, it is still a PvPvE channel, and if you really rely on the fact that it is called a "pvp channel" to suggest that it would be logical to have a real "pve channel", you'll be disappointed.

No you should be Karma Bombed repeatedly. You WANT forced interaction upon the player base, they should give it to you. You should be chased out of BDO due to your toxic ideas.
You are a cancer to the portion of the community that wants to just enjoy a proper MMO.

- What pve systems did they changed because forced pk was disabled ? ( like did mob spawn was changed ? did loot was changed ? did xp curve was changed ? ... etc etc )
