Might want to check on that ToS, I thought that was only for Family names and Guild names, where as Character names didn't have to adhere to that as long as the name wasn't vulgar.

Season goal still remain season goal ( copy pasted again, just in case = for new & "low GS player" ), so yup necessary you are limited in GS progression and nothing has changed from S1 to S3 ( show patch note displaying that "season rework to specificaly limit veteran )

Season were restricted with Tuvala gear from the start, season directly arrived with this rework, impacting the amount of money you can get through pve grind even for veterans, new players would still have to switch on regular channels and keep on progressing to get access to the high level pve and its income. Should I remind you that seasons were pve only at first? And the rework you're asking for was already there from the first season.
That is exactly the reasoning of this pvpve game, you are always restricted when on pure pve setting. You need to play every 2 months to stay pure pve on Olvia (one can guess it will reduce your income, right?), your gear was restricted on season channels (same thing), and Arsha which emphasizes owpvp conflicts comes with a 50% increase. Surprising? Not really.
Once more, when I take the whole picture your reasoning does not stand even a second. For the rest, feel free to check my other posts. ;)

First off, stop quoting yourself in every post you make what you are trying to convey really hard to understand. Second I realize that English is not your first language but a bunch of what you are saying makes zero sense even reading only what you didn't quote. Also you might want to look up the term STRAWMAN because you clearly do not understand it's meaning based on how you are using it in your arguments. Seasons came pve and gear restricted. You can try to isolate this fact, it still exists. From the start players couldn't get access to the high level pve on season server. You wanted a rework for a pure pve setting? Well, you got it.
Strange coincidence? I don't think so, that is far more plausible than any interpretation you tried to make with owpvp and its importance in the game system.

The official statemtents contradict your narrative. In regards to the Seasonal Servers the least possible amount of limitations are applied. It's specifically ONLY when forced that ANY limitations are applied. Such as not having the ability to use an existing characters on A BRAND NEW SERVER as that would invalidate the entire server.
Now you can promptly ignore this using this fallacy

PvE only version of BDO. To me, it's like, just make BDO a single player game already, what's the point of it being an MMO when social interaction is reduced this much?
OW PvP encounters, whether it's talking it out or using brute force, is one of the only avenues for social interaction we have in the game with strangers.
IMO, social interaction in BDO is already non-traditional in that, it isn't emphasized nearly as much as other MMO's. Good and bad, but overall, MMO's thrive on social interaction. Removing OW PvP from even one server diminishes social interaction even more, and seeing how BDO is structured, might as well make it a full single player game if that was the case. IMO, of course.
