Now they are losing tens of millions from players who are not interested in pvp, 99% of new players leave in the first month mostly after the first toxic contact with unwanted pvp.
I would like to see where you get the 99% of new players quit after their first contact with unwanted PvP statistic.
Ever crossed your mind that new ppl leave BDO after seasonal to regular server switch, when they realize endless circle grind coupled with gargabe rng systems is what they will be dealing with for monhts and possibly years to come?
This is the second reason. Why do you think 80% of my 13,000+ hours are afk? I won't grind for nothing. Until there is a system that will guarantee me a bs pen and pen accessories, I do not intend to kill mobs (I only do when event requires it / I have some scrolls 50 or 100% drop). I won't waste thousands of hours to get 600b (anyway, the bs pen is practically impossible to buy).

It's not the second reason. it's the main reason.
Shallow boring main content, lack of proper multiplayer experience, punishing enhancing system and realization of long progression ahead of them, are mostly the reasons why new players quit. Forced pk comes a bit after those things.

The long progression is a flaw based on your appreciation. For others it may precisely be a strength.
I love this game and I have referred 3 friends and 2 family members so far. We all joined for pve, we dont like pvp, especially no skill players who kill our chars while we move between cities
All my referrals joined for pve, and after experiencing terrible situations like "grinding spot pvp", "street pvp" and what have you, they quit.
I really want to play because I like the game but this pvp madness has to stop. Are there any plans whatsoever for having a dedicated pve server (not just for new joiners or returning players)?
Please give me hope. I know i am not alone
Then how would people decide who gets the grind spot if multiples want it? You would have the same type of things people would grind over each other and just troll in other ways. The problem is not with pvp it is the fact that some use it to waste others time for a laugh. If the community could just fight do a couple fights someone wins and you move on I don't think it would be bad.
