I love this game and I have referred 3 friends and 2 family members so far. We all joined for pve, we dont like pvp, especially no skill players who kill our chars while we move between cities

All my referrals joined for pve, and after experiencing terrible situations like "grinding spot pvp", "street pvp" and what have you, they quit. 

I really want to play because I like the game but this pvp madness has to stop. Are there any plans whatsoever for having a dedicated pve server (not just for new joiners or returning players)?

Please give me hope. I know i am not alone

The PK system needs to be improved. New Adventurers or fearful Adventurers are too scared to play.
Black Desert is an open-world game designed to allow you go anywhere, and let’s you freely enjoy your choice in playstyle. However, the level of freedom goes up, it means other Adventurers are able to interfere in the adventures of others as you stated. But there are a variety of safeguards put in place that don’t compromise the fundamental freedoms of the game.

First of all, there are many safe zones spread around, including towns and cities, the inability to PK characters under level 50, and the growth server Olvia has forced PvP mode turned off. In addition, we created an environment where Adventurers who recklessly PK are imposed with disadvantages that makes it difficult to harass an Adventurer. On the other hand, for adventurers who want to enjoy PK, we are continuing to develop a variety of PVP content, along with the Battle Arena, Red Battlefield, Arena of Arsha, Node War, Conquest War, and the desert itself.

No we don't, Seasons without the ability to PvP created nothing but cancer.  I spent the vast majority of the time on Seasonal Arsha, because quite frankly 15 people all grinding 1 rotation was counter productive and horrible for everyone involved.

Unfortunately this is a P2W Korean Grider where you are either Hunter or Prey. If you don't like it then look to play one of the Non-P2W-B2P or Sub based MMOs on the market. That will not pimp it's playerbase out to be preyed on by Whales looking to grief. Welcome to the freemium model, you get what you pay for.

All I saw there was a bunch of baseless PR lip service. While reality for many who are not PvP ready by BDO terms speaks in a completely different manner.

By the way you still haven't address the many 'tools' that new players have to use against 600+ GS players who are looking to grief weaker players for funzies. I will wait for that one.

You and PA still alive in 2016 and it's 2021. It's not the same game anymore. Not when a 4-5 year old player kills a 1-2 year old player with one hit with no chance to defend.

It's not open pvp anymore, just toxic griefing.

Maybe you are in a grind spot you shouldn't be if that is the case.  They litterally gave away soft cap gear, if you didn't focus on just AP you wouldn't be getting 1 hit.

Yes this is the best advice to give new players. Makes sure that wall is very clear. Make sure the new players know how toxic and malignant you established players are to the rest of the playerbase. Yes let them know that they are not welcome in this game. That you guys will grief them till they quit.
