Okaaay.

Next one : regular channels, Arsha / season PvP, Olvia / season PvE, against a player unwilling to leave.

Regular channels : for your income by grinding, you need to be good at both pve and pvp, you can grind more than your opponent, by outgrinding him or directly interacting with him (CC / PK). You always have at least one way to try to slow him down, though karma will bring a limit. Every class can have its own power in this competition, through PvP or PvE.

Arsha / season PvP : for your income by grinding, you need to be both good at pve and pvp, you can grind more than your opponent, by outgrinding him or directly interacting with him (CC / PK). You always have one way to try to slow him down, and karma won't be a problem. Good duelists get an advantage, but being able to quickly clear a rotation is still a valuable ability (to take advantage of a free spot).

Olvia / season PvE : for your income by grinding, you need to be only good at pve. You can only try to outgrind your opponent, if this one leaves a gap in his rotation and your class and gear allow you to compete with him in killing speed. Classes with medium clear speed will become a burden, as gaps will be an immediate punishment (mobs taken) so they'll need to make shorter rotations and being a good duelist will be irrelevant.

Sooooo... When a pve setting makes class good at pvp so undesirable, what is your conclusion?

You could strip away all of the give-away items and extra xp on a Seasonal Server and it's still going to be more popular than a regular one. People want a PVE server with no forced PVP. The player numbers back this up, the number of level 49 Alts backs this up.

Nobody wants to be leveled to 50 then feed to the old time PVP whales to keep them happy.

There is a great game of lifeskilling, Storyline and exploring there that is just wasted because of forced PVP wrecking peoples enjoyment of the game. Black Desert could be the best MMORPG out there if they'd just tone down the cash-shop and let people enjoy the game without griefing.

PVP outside guild fights, agreed duels and arenas is just dead-weight to this game dragging it down.

Open a PVE server and let the numbers decide what BDO actually is. I guarantee you it will attract Streamers, New-Players and win back some of the lost ones.

Happy players having fun spend money the other big MMORPGS know this.. salty players don't spend or even stick around.

Every minute that you don't open a permanent PVE server the numbers dwindle, any gains from the seasonal servers will be lost.

Sorry to say this. But at current time these Devs are not willing to implement normal PvE servers. They are potentially looking in to more ways to punish players for PKing others. Depending on the have much more they punish the act of PK. It might be to the point that solves this issue of yours without normal PvE servers.

No we don't, Seasons without the ability to PvP created nothing but cancer.  I spent the vast majority of the time on Seasonal Arsha, because quite frankly 15 people all grinding 1 rotation was counter productive and horrible for everyone involved.

Obviously cause of the season quests lol

What you say also makes sense. They seem focused on reboots and NW I believe? Idk if I'm correct

If you stripped away the seasonal rewards for finishing the seasons, no one would play on them.

If I had a permanent server that was just PVE & Arena's I'd have the most populated Black Desert server out there. The extra give away perks just sweeten the deal they are not the defining reason why people want a PVE Server. The Life-Skillers and Exploration players just want a place to play unhindered by forced PVP. Standard rewards would do. Saying people wouldn't play it given the sheer number of requests is just mis-leading.

Forced "PvP" happens very rarely.  If you get constantly attacked at grind spots, it's likely that you are being an inconserate jerk trying to muscle into an occupied grind spot.
