I Keep getting stuck at this point and don't know what else to do... I've reset my router, restarted my computer.... and no luck any Ideas anyone?

its a known issue the servers got overwhelmed they are working on it

They have been working on it since the servers launched, some players are capable of logging in, others aren't.
The usual.
