These cores are weak, barely anyone pick them.
Make them apply to their follow aswell, that would make them a little more useable.

Honestly, all of the cores are pretty useless. In addition to your suggestion, shattering darkness' core should also be added to it's flow.
I personally use the core for seed so that I can use it on mid range safely, but the main reason for this choice of mine is because I find nothing else more useful. What about you?
