Packages' got reset to Novice

Adventurers who purchased a Black Desert game package from Kakao Games and had permanent access to the game have had their game packages renamed to Novice Edition.
Please note that there is no change in the contents of the package that you purchased; only the name of the package has changed.
In addition, Adventurers who already own the Novice Edition will be able to upgrade their package by purchasing the bundles in the Shop on our website.

Any update on people losing 8 inventory slots and 50lt? Seems to be related to something Kakao did a few years back and gave us all that bonus.
Also the 'Packages' got reset to Novice for me and many others from Msaster or whatever the max was called under Kakao. Any news regarding this?

Whats the work around for the stuck at "processing" in game issue?
I've been stuck here all day, after laoding the game and clicking start it would normally go to the character select screen but instead it just hangs at "processing". I've tried restarting and also let it sit for over an hour. Is there anything I can do to get past this ?

We have identified the cause of the issue where Adventurers are unable to connect and are stuck on the "Now Processing" message.
We have confirmed that certain users who experienced the issue have accessed the game by restarting the client and reconnecting.
However, we are still in the process of resolving the problem, and we are focusing on this as our top priority.
We apologize to the Adventurers who have been patiently waiting to start the game and we will update you in this notice after the fix has been completed.

Having trouble actually launching the new client at all. I've uninstalled BDO entirely and reinstalled it onto a new location, but keep on getting this error message:

You should be aware of this annoying bug to of "failed to patch file PAZ/PAD11048"
Also nothing works so far, reinstalling, new folder, new directory, deleting said file to let it be repaired through scanning doesnt work, all it does is replace said file and it gets corrupted and repeat process. This error happens the second i log in my credentionals and its stuck at 0% patching.
