To get the situation back to normal, limit the weekly guild boss kills to 2 per week. For example make it in the same way as Garmoth - add two quests per week for each guild boss and remove plain drop from boss.
One for your own guild and one merc per week or if you can't be on your own guild's bosses, then 2 merc per week. Then buff silver from quests e.g. first quest 5x current boss reward, 2nd quest 2x current boss drop.
Silver from bosses would be the same as currently doing 7 bosses week but finally it would be guild bosses not merc bosses. More time to do other stuff like node wars etc
??? For all EU server like 200 people per day go merc. In my guild only 3 people go merc, other just don't want to do it. Maybe your guild is just dead? Find a good guild man.
Kinda true, currently system looks like MERC BOSSES not a GUILD BOSSES. I agree to improve rewards and decrease weekly numbers of enjoy also its colid so hard to other guild activities like guild league's or node wars and be so much more rewarded for doing nothing in compare.
You know what you could do? Merc out and earn some extra silver instead of being a grump. This doesn't "ruin the feeling of a being in a guild" at all to me and quite a few from my guild do it with another couple guilds.
they come back and surely do same bossed in your guild no?
