As the title says, PA changed my family name and all of my character names without any sort of warning and after a long back and forth to overturn the action, they also denied changing the randomly generated named they've given me to something more desirable.

Family name was "MonsterClock" and all characters were named like that with numbers in them. If you google MonsterClock, it is exactly what it says it is and even Yu-Gi-Oh the card game has a card called Monster Clock. Apprently the ToS doesn't allow names which are "sexual" or sexual names where the spelling is changed to hide it. A clock is a clock though and nothing more, that's like saying Grana should not be allowed because if I put an "L" behind that, the meaning changes. There is also an in-game title called "Smart and SEXY", which makes matters only more stupid.

Anyway, I eventually accepted that they won't overturn the action. After speaking to many people in-game and searching through old posts, I quickly realised people who had a similar problem, were given 'name change coupons' to change their names. So when I made this request, this is what they told me.

" We also can not provide you with a free Name Change Coupon as our Policy suggests that you instead need to pay for your own coupon. "

I'm kinda lost and I would like to know what I can do about this, because this is litteraly bullying tbh.

If anyone wonders, I've created this account last year with these exact names and was never forced to change my names. This is the first time dealing with customer support. I've used this name for over 10-15 years in litteraly every game i've played. WoW, Overwatch, Rainbow6siege etc etc basicly any well known title and never has this happened to me.

Did Kakao give those coupons? Because PA has a different policy. You're basically out of luck when it comes to that.

But did you seriously think that your name isn't sexually suggestive because some Niche anime from the early 2000's ? Is it cool if I use a racially explicit sounding name as long as it's a reference or mention in some TV show many people may not know about? I've watched yu-gi-oh many moons ago, and I read your name as You know what every time you mentioned it.

Honestly, I don't think what they did was the right thing, but your reasoning is a bit flawed here. Also: Imagine getting free Name change coupons if you named your character a dirty name. FREE COUPONS FOR LIFE.

I mean, I read your name as Duranus. Guess it's time to forcefully change your name to GrassBend ( one of the names they gave me ) and tell you to buy a name change coupon. How would you feel about this?

I believe that we are all well aware that they would not have changed your name,

unless it was something other than what you described.
