Game crash when click start

After the antichea running, game blackscreen for 2 second and game crashed, pls help.
already turn off the firewall but it doesnt help at all

Yeah, same problem here. Everytime I try to open the game, the Anti-Cheat loads on and 2 seconds later the game crashes...

Well, I finally discover a solution for this problem. In the launcher you have to go to settings (top right corner) and change FULL WINDOWED to WINDOWED, then "confirm" and start the game. This solve the crash for me but now I am stuck on the "Now Processing" error... this is being a nightmare. Good Luck guys.

Same crash. Had try to change Windowed mode around and just keep on crashing

im on steam i and after i click the start button my game starts and shortly after that teh window pop out saying blackdesert.exe stop working anyone have solution ?

It helped me how: In the launcher you need to go to the settings (upper right corner) and fill in all the fields confirm and play
