i was just comparing this forum to other mmo forums i'm register. Man... this community is the most toxic i've ever seen. Just like ingame. Wow congrats.
If we get rid of some garbage, posting on the forums, that type here we might get an actual healthy discussion.

BDO would first need to resolve around owpvp like ArcheAge for exemple.

No pve systems need forced pk to function ( hello Olivia & seasonal where no systems at all was reworked & changed, all spot & life skills behave the exact same way )
forced pk bring nothing at all ( no xp, no drop, no sp, no particular pve advantage = no more mob spawn, not more loot etc etc )
So, you mean : BDO forced pk is like the vegan plate of a Steak house : Its not where its going to be really developed, it will certainly not the best one, but its still there for the sake of beeing there.
So, i still see nothing that contraindicate the pve channelS request. Unless you have arguments based on BDO functionment to demonstrate why players should be forced to accepte forced pk when it bring nothing at all on a systemic game level.

Forced PvP is on the menu. Its what is advertised even before you install the game.
Dont like it? Dont eat here.
Btw, you do understand that restaurant customer arent FORCED to eat everything the menu has and still are able to CHOOSE what they prefer.
So, actualy, as you spoke about restaurant & menu, you just gave reason to pve channel thread request ( as its a request from players not willing to be forced to eat something even if its on the menu )

Lets try and get this topic back on track, which I thought was a good discussion before the Trolls tried to derail it.
With Open world PvP, exactly. Just like a steakhouse or BBQ pit advertizes that they have Meat. The PvP is advertized, asking for a PvE server when OWPvP is advertized is the same as going to a Steakhouse or BBQ pit and asking for the Vegan menu.
In the comparison Vegan is the lack of meat, and PvE is the lack of PvP.
yea but there is no place anymore you go for meat and thats the ONLY thing they serve besides a food truck.

Correct. You can choose which class you prefer. You can chose your guild, ect....
At the end of the day. A greek restaurant serves greek food. A OwPvPvE game serves OwPvPvE. Thats your answer. The game is about fighting over resources, as advertised. That is your systemic answer.

You are incorrect the game isnt "pvpve" its still a pve open world game with a side pk option the game have no use of ( only players wish have use of forced pk, which is vastly different )
Since you have Zero argument to correct that, it mean i'am right, so actualy the "game beeing a pvpve" only is in your head ( and its fine, that's your personal fantasy, but such fantasy have non reason to be imposed to everyone ). So its not in the game reality as BDO isnt ArcheAge with a well developped "owpvp" used by the game itself on various systemic level.
Now, lets repeat again, as it seem its the goal of you thread :

as advertised, is about fighting over resources and not being 100% safe. You want that spot? You take it from someone. You want to be a dick to someone? Go for it.
That is your systemic answer. The game is advertised and built this way.
And do you know that "fighting over" dont necessary mean "pk" ? ( i always "fought over" via pve only, still zero need of forced pk = you still use forced pk if that's your fantasy, not because the game need it = still no reasons to force that fantasy over everyone ) you then still are incorrect, and the game dont advertise that, or please, screen and post where its wrote on that PA official website to prove its not only, and again, your personal fantasy.
So as you still dont answer, lets go again
