People who want PvE servers

No, I want a server that I can travel, grind, sail, or do whatever I want without someone sneaking up behind me and trying to fight. I like the monsters and all, and will move on if a place is crowded. I just hate the feeling of having to watch my back everywhere I go. I don't like to pvp so would rather have an option to not have it ever. That is my choices and opinions so no need to jump on me for them. I still play but I just don't do near as much in the game as I would if we have some pve only servers. I would also spend lots more money if I could go out into the world without worry. Sounds kind of pansyass I know, but that is the way I feel. I like to duel but would like the choice of pvp or not.
To this I say, then BDO is not the game for you. OWPvP is at the core of the game.

It amazes me how some people literally loose sleep and wake up all sweat up because one day there might be full PvE servers in a video game.
Insecurities of not being able to rofl stomp PvE players with their PvP focused builds and instead of "git gud pleb" will have to actually fight another PvP people must really be triggering anxiety.
Relax people, or you will evolve it into chronic depression over something taht literally doesnt matter.

It amazes me how people can choose a game that does not fit their requirements, feel entitled to ask for a major change then play dumb when they get resistance against their bad idea.
... Or we can go on more interesting discussions and actually exchange opinions. Your choice.

And of course you say that. It has been said from the beginning but what do you have against a few pve servers. Then we could all play where we want and how we want. No need to force anyone to do anything. As I have said for 5 years, that is my preference and opinion.
You tell me where there is a game that has all the things BDO has without the forced pvp and I will go there and try it out. In the years since I have been here, no game compares.

You tell me where there is a game that has all the things BDO has without the forced pvp and I will go there and try it out. In the years since I have been here, no game compares.
Thing is, the PvE servers were not requested until PA caved and changed Olvia into a PvE server, rather than fixing the problem of veteran players waiting 31 days to get Oliva access back and go clubbing of baby seals. There had to be a better way to protect new players from people that literally had 3 accounts that they rotated so they always had Olvia access for the sole purpose of being able to kill players that had just started out.
PvE servers are just a bandaid on a gaping wound. It doesn't fix the problem it ignores it and pushes it to the side. The problem is the Karma system is broken, in that it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. It protects players at grind spots where they shouldn't need protection and it does nothing to protect players when they are doing anything else in the game that isn't PvP related.

Its has nothing to do with a bandaid its only looking to not play the game same way as you do. Without annoying others not liking this option as i suppose pve servers entrance would be like arsha : Nothing force you to go there.
