The Church Buffs in Heidel/Calpheon, and similiar buffs in Altinova/Grana/Odylitta/Valencia smacks of the old ways of BDO.
I think we would all rather play a flat rate of 500,000 silver for +3's, 1,000,000 silver for +5's, and 1,500,000 silver for +8 version of these buffs than have to continuously roll using gold bars for that "perfect buff".
This isn't an interesting or fun mechanic. It's simply an arbitrary annoyance, and can be fixed as suggested above.
Good suggestion, especially with Elvia being so close to church buffs.
This game is built on RNG it's literally the only thing the devs can think of. I wouldn't be surprised if the character we get when starting becomes RNG with the way they through RNG around as a system for everything.

Oh ya they did try this in the game's Beta. Literally back in this game's beta they were going to have random stat generation per level. Which means each time you leveled you could end up with +10 AP +10 DP +100 HP each time you leveled or +1 AP +1 DP and +10 HP each time you leveled and everything in between. People literally laughed at this idiocy and the game was about to be dead on arrival because of it, but thankfully they quickly removed that idicoy. thank god PA not 100% brain dead.

Shows their competency perfectly, that they even thought about such BS.

Levelling up used to give you RNG stats. They normalized that to flat stat increases and retrofixed everyone's stats several years ago. This was actually live for about a year before they made the adjustment.
