As the header says.. please, fix the resurrection skill.. Me and some of my friends tried it over and over again, it simply doesn´t work, even when following some guides. Med-Kit on the other hand works fine.. but the resurrection is just simply pure luck or nearly impossible to use.. This skill is simply broken or useless.. either you replace it with a similar strong skill, or just fix it! If you don´t know how to fix it, make an AOE for the resurrection and not a broken over the body target based stupid action.. I have seen plenty of games, where similar resurrecting skills work so simple.. but here it´s just garbage.. 

This happened to me in Altar of Blood.  We were on wave 10, my two teammates were dead.  I had no medkits, because I am wizard, and I thought resurrection worked.   Tried to res my teammate, it didn't work.  I did everything right.  Waited for cooldown while my friends waited and watched a movie.  Cooldown came up.  I tried again, making sure everything was perfect.  I had killed all the adds so I was safe, only laytenn left, and he was inactive as yet.  Again my res failed, my teammates groaned.  I said  "it's not my fault! I did it right!".  Again we waited, cooldown was up, I said watch me,  I streamed to discord and I went over step by step.  Got on top of corpse, interact with it so you can see the little item icon as you focus on the corpse, facing corpse.  I asked my friends, "Does this look right to you, am I doing anything wrong?".  The reply came back "No, that looks right".  I said I did this twice now, and proceeded to do it again, to no avail.

I rarely use resurrection, mainly because the way it is implemented is downright horrible.  I have done it successful before, but it's always felt like a coin flip whether it would work or not.  This though was different, it is either broken for Altar of Blood or it's just broken in general now, but like I said I don't use it often enough to know the difference.

It is not only in your place of experience happening, I only used it a few times in the normal game mode on PVE/-P Servers with friends, and it never worked, whatever I did.

The skill is total bullsh*t... To say that in firm words..

I really, really, REALLY don´t know what Pearl Abyss did with this single skill... and it is just unbelievable.. and I don´t understand why the people don´t yell out about this yet.. it is such a big question for me and just a tremendous issue, what has to be fixed immediately.. 

So please, whoever reads this post, support it, give "+1" in the comments, like it, whatever.. it is no joke.. every class works fine with skills, but this wizard/witch resurrection skill makes me speechless..

Exactly the same thing is happening to me. My guildies and I spent a half hour trying to figure it out. Followed online guides exactly and I could not get it to work even once.

I heard some voices in discord or whatsoever last few days, that random people claimed, that PA nerfed this skill in the past, since it was somehow making PVP inbalanced. But I don´t think this rumors are true. Probably the typical hate-comments who dislike OP wizards. If they think wizard is OP. In my opinion wizard/witch is just similar strong as many other classes. Every class has it´s advantages and disadvantages. 

I mean how can resurection be inbalanced beforehand, when you only can resurrect one player anyways and having a cooldown of 4 minutes or whatsoever is already painful enough long time for waiting to resurrect another one. So personally I don´t see any advantage or disadvantage over enemy guilds, when they have the same option with wizard/witch. 

There was also another idea in discord, where Voxous stated: "they should at the very least make resurrect a small aoe around you that effects the closest person". His idea I support, adding to it, that you basically shall be able to only resurrect one person, and maybe you have to select the person in a separate window, like the pets window.

This might be also making a small advantage over enemy PVP groups, when you basically resurrect another wizard or the strongest party member, what maybe has to be nerfed again in critics minds.

But I think, thats the point of a battle. Everyone tries to be strategically and efficiently making the ideal solution, but sometimes there is also disadvantages.

So why not making the resurrected wizard/witch who is dead, giving the dead person a cooldown on the strongest/most powerful ability for 1min. for example. I read in WOW wiki, they also have something similar like this.

Been like that since day one. I don't think they intend to fix it tbh.

One time it works the other time it doesn't it's just completely random... Just don't die I guess 🤣

won´t help us.. it has to be fixed or reworked.. i mean thats really really poor that, like every class skills work, but on this class, this only skill doesn´t work at all..
