and have to get so close before you see it fill in and it was never like this when we started out in the game

Yes, I've noticed still there are holes in the landscape here and there at times, however it's significantly reduced compared to before the latest patch. The blurred landscape and lack of detail at even moderate distance is still under-performing.

Sadly there was absolutely no mention whatsoever of any level of priority to commit to fixing these bugs, nor was there any or other such  commitment to make improvements to game's engine, rendering, etc., in the latest letter from Jae-hee Kim, the Executive Producer. I feel that is a little disappointing.

when the game first started the graphic were so go now everything pop in at the last min and it looks so bad it even harder now to find stuff at sea because you can not see it till your almost on top of it. They need to fix this

best part of the game when it first started was the graphic but now it suck with the focal distance so short stuff pop in at the last min make it hard to find stuff you need. If you do not get it try a baloon ride or go out on a ship then you see what the problem is.

You can thank everyone who loudly whined about how BDO wasn't optimized because they couldn't be assed to update their 10 years old potatoes. Now BDO got optimizations which usually means sacrifying quality in the software industry nowadays.

I'm pretty sure at this point that all this crap PA did with the distant LOD is intentional.
No matter the system, everyone I made me send screenshots has missing distant trees, f*cked up draw/render distance, very low-res landscapes on remastered and even ultra mode.

I've been bothering the GMs via supporttickets for months now and all they say is that graphic bugs are so very hard to track down and the bug team was looking into this. As if. 

The distant LOD is messed up with all drivers for all graphics cards from AMD to nVidia. 
They forgot to remove the old distant LOD in a few cells around Drieghan though, which proves without a doubt that the problem is on PA's side.
They have just been choosing to ingore us.

As you all can see, most BDO players don't even recognize these problems because their old toasters can't even display what we want to have back and many others play on mid or low graphic settings mostly because they just grind brain afk all the time or do PvP with those low settings for higher fps.
BDO is just total shit these days. The moment I log in to get the daily stuff and pack boxes I want to close the client again. 

they spent time making a Bartering filter that 90% will never use and I have 144000 pluss barter and never need a filter but to fix the graphic the way they were we have no time and flat do not want to and leave us with this crap it was the best graphic when we first started out now it one of the worse and they do not care. I have had the poping up of a ship leaving the dock for year they keep telling me they need a video before they could look into it well after 1 month of trying to get it when i was recording and did and all i got was will pass it a long and still nothing about fixing it. It more do not fix anything unless it will make them money

A new one for me because the sight distance is so short now the Large Battle ship was fireing at me and i could not even see it yet so all i say was my ship getting hit and could not see were it was coming from.

Sure wish they fix the graphic the distance is so short everything looks like crap till your right on top of it . use to like to go out look out over the land scap see how nice it was now there nothing any more they taken a game and turn the grafic to crap to make it so some people can pvp and make them happy.
