use of old moon fence only restricted to master farmer is very unreasonable. mayb make it that way so that only a master farmer can rent old moon fence but any lvl farmer can breed/harvest in those fences. cause energy is limited and not necessarily everybody only farming magical seeds, so for white crops we have to depend on multiple alts for energy.

What they should do is reduce the CP cost to 9, so there's actually a point in using them. As is, my Master farmer uses it for her plots, but my alt farmer that is somewhere else just uses the 6CP ones.
