Hey guys I'm creating this post to help those stuck at the "Now processing" screen. After spending over an hour and a half trying to log in, i found a fix that worked for me. This is not guaranteed to help everyone, but im posting what personally worked for me, and maybe you will also have the same luck. These are the steps that helped me:

1. After download, updating and signing in to the launcher, click the "Scan File" button on the launcher.

2. Once the Launcher has scan all files, log out of your profile at the top, and then Completely close the launcher (Make sure its not open anywhere. Toolbar, Task Manager, etc..)

3. Make Sure you are Completely logged out of your Profile on the website as well. Once you are logged out of the site, close your browser.

4. Make sure you clear your temporary files. On your Computer's Desktop, Click on the "Start" and in your "Search" bar type in "Run"

5. Once the "Run" prompt opens type in "%temp%" (without quotations: %temp%) and delete all files in there. If some files are left its ok just "Skip" the ones that are left.

6. Type "Run" again and this time in the prompt type "prefetch" (without quotations: prefetch) and follow the exact same instructions as step 5 above.

7 Run the Black Desert Launcher again (enter email, password, etc..) and start the game.

This might not work on the first try, but restart the launcher and try again if you do not get in the first time. It might take a couple of tries but hopefully this works and everyone will get in. As I stated above, this was what helped me personally, so please don't take this as a guaranteed fix. Goodluck guys!
