Has anyone else noticed that previous expiration timers for items has been cut from the progamming budget or is it a bug?

How many players were left unable to turn in the event items for TULIPS today after patch?

How many just discovered it upon reading this thread?

And previously for the FOUNTAIN during the fishing event?

Why is there no expiration or "USE BEFORE" date and time on TULIPS?

Seriously? What purpose does the omission serve, other than player frustration?

Exactly, it's not like there are patch notes informing players about events deadlines.

Furthermore, not only players aren't informed but they should be able to completely ignore said deadlines and be able to turn in limited time items forever.

Lastly, when you forget or overlook something do you do you it purposefully.

I feelsfeel owo
I too have Tulips in my inventory and can't do anything with them. But, I am not melancholy.

I will keep them forever alongside some other event items, in my "Warehouse of Lost Things"

Keep drinking the Koolaid! It is a poor business decision as it further frustrates customers for no real reason.

All of the Koolaid drinking in the world will not change this simple fact! PA does not get it! It's saddens me, because I would like for BDO to continue to be sustainable...

The current response time to tickets is reprehensible, that either means that customer satisfaction is no longer important or that they are creating so many problems for customers through laziness and lack of cause and effect vision that their staff is overwhelmed.

There is no reason to NOT list the expiration of the item, on the item, especially when PA knows up front when it expires.

Customers should not have to ferret around trying to figure it out...

Ah...an over acheiver...pass the Koolaid! It's bad for business to frustrate customers! Total faceplant!

The point is that I can read, and had they taken the time to add the what, 15 characters, as had been usual and customary, I would have been able to read it.

Expires 5-12-21

But they didn't, and many players, Koolaid drinkers or not, would not clearly understand that placing an expiration on the seeds would mean that the Tulips themselves, after they are grown and harvested, would expire and become completely worthless trash on 5-12-21.

Uh last I checked there is nothing anywhere in any official press releases or otherwise that implicitly states:

"YOU MUST READ THE PATCH NOTE EACH WEEK IN ORDER TO REMEMBER WHEN EACH EVENT ITEM EXPIRES"

So no - this current way that event items are handled is not acceptable.

**EDIT/ADDITION**

A smart twitch BDO celebrity could make a bdo event website that ppl can see easily anytime and put in the profile to increase followers.

Did you mean 12-5-21? :)

On a more serious note though.

People have complained about issues like this since 2016. Its such a simple thing to leave exchange NPCs and options ingame for 1 week after the event ends yet its very inconsistent if they do it or not to this day.

Only thing you can do other than complain on the forums is sending a ticket to their already overloaded support to teach them that a poor job one day leads to more work in the future.

I meant "yesterday" :-)

I have only been around for 3 months, and I have certainly seen a significant decline in customer support levels, to your point...so I know little compared to many here, about BDO.

On the other hand, I know a great deal about running companies, been at that for a quite a while...PA appears to be spending all it's time picking up apples and putting them back on the cart as they fall off, and nobody seems to be concerned about where the horse is headed...this is a recipe for failure!

So now you are trying to blast them about an event cause you are too lazy to read patch notes? Rough life huh...
