Starting this topic with the idear of improving PVE mechanics, my focus is mostly on MOBS artificial intelligence. to describe my idear here is that i feel BDO grinding mobs process REALLY DO SUX as hell ( sorry im speaking frankly coz i love this game ) always the same things, rotation mechanics, mobs spawn at the same exact location all the time everyday all days and we dont feel like we doing a real adventure, this world feel like a dead world ( thanks to open pvp its interesting sometimes but even with that... )
So i really thinks that MOBS AI SHUD BE IMPROVED based on the exemple of Survival games, like ARK survival or conan exile. I mean in survival game the goals are pretty simple and closer to "reality", you grind to survive and the mobs are really smart, for example they can run away when they HP is low, mobs are really difficult to kill even at high lvl you need to use strategy, shooting from higher or unreachable spots, and they can even kill each other to survive ( the stronger eating the weaker )
What im saying here thoses survivals games feels more real and lively, in BDO the world seems DEAD... i dont want to go grinding anymore coz its no more a adventure.. its more a like a Work, trying to get your daily silver to get your PEN shit whatever this is not interesting if you just focusing on the goal when the process to reach it just sux.
Well maybe im asking to mutch but just to give a example: i want to go in manshaws forest and feels like mobs will use strategy like regrouping for more firepower, hidding in caves or in the bushes around to recover or to sneak attack, summoning black panthers or more mobs, mobs sieging the citys ( like in heroic fantasy manga lol why not ), rare op mobs popping sometimes, too mutch mobs in an area that force you to party grind, etc etc there is a lot of improvement possible to make the pve mechanics more interesting and everyone agree that BDO PVE sux right now
Elvia server ok this is better but its still the same dead world after a week or 2 at best....
There is a solution to all of these. Go play a game with interesting and mechanically challenging PvE and PvP. You get what you get when you opt to play a P2W RNG-Gear based Korean Grinder. Trust me thousands of gamers have tried to get KR Devs to see reason. But these KR Devs have a vision of what the the foundation of their games are. They would rather have to shut down the game servers. If it means they have to take a different approach then in their vision.
Best advice anyone can give you. Is go play one of the 3 MMOs that have what you are asking for.

Only metrics the classes are balanced on PvE is trash/hour at grinding spots.
Only metrics the classes are balanced on PvP is RBF performance.
This should tell you in a nutshell what PA thinks is their core game. Everything outside of it is just white noise.
